General Questions
What brands do you sell parts for?
We specialize in Toyota, Lexus, and Daihatsu. We sell genuine and OEM parts for all models, from small cars like Vitz to larger vehicles like Prado and Coaster.
Are your parts actually genuine?
Yes. We’ve been in the Toyota spare parts business for over 40 years. We only sell genuine and OEM-certified parts. We don’t deal in counterfeits or cheap alternatives. We also supply workshops that can’t afford to risk their reputation on fake parts.
Do you serve both individual customers and workshops?
Yes. We work with:
● B2C: Individual car owners (mostly in DHA, Clifton, PECHS, but deliver across Karachi)
● B2B: Workshops and dealers (Ahmed’s Auto in PECHS, Kareem Motors in Saddar, Rizwan Auto Parts in Korangi, others)
Ordering & Verification
How do I know I'm ordering the right part?
Send us:
● Car model name and year
● Part you need (or what’s broken)
● Photo of vehicle or part (if possible)
Our team verifies which part fits your specific vehicle and confirms before processing order.
Can I just order online without contacting you?
You can browse and add to cart, but we strongly recommend verifying compatibility first. Some car models have multiple variants, and a part that works for one might not work for another.
What if I don't know my part number?
That’s fine. Most people don’t. Just tell us your car details and describe what part you need or what problem you’re trying to fix. We’ll figure it out.
Do you have parts for older car models?
Yes. We stock parts for a wide range of models, including older Toyota, Lexus, and Daihatsu vehicles. If we don’t have something in stock, we can often source it through our supplier network or import it.
Pricing & Payments
Can I negotiate the price?
Our prices are fair and transparent. For bulk B2B orders, we might offer volume-based pricing. Contact us to discuss.
Why is someone else selling the same part for less?
They’re probably selling Thai, Taiwan, or counterfeit parts. Those cost less because they’re lower quality. They might look the same, but they don’t last as long and sometimes don’t fit properly. We only sell genuine parts.
What payment methods do you accept?

Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Across Karachi: DHA, Clifton, PECHS, Gulshan, North Nazimabad, Malir, Korangi, Saddar, and other areas.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders: 2-3 business days (depends on location and stock availability) Urgent orders: Contact us for same-day or next-day delivery options.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary by location. We’ll confirm cost before processing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a part if I don't need it?
Yes. Unused and unfitted parts within 7 days of delivery. Must be in original packaging with no signs of installation. See Return Policy for full details.
What if you send me the wrong part?
If it’s our mistake, we’ll arrange free exchange or full refund (including delivery charges). You won’t pay anything extra.
What if I ordered the wrong part by mistake?
If you gave us incorrect vehicle details, we can try to help, but we might charge a restocking fee. You’d also be responsible for return shipping. We recommend verifying compatibility with us before ordering.
Authenticity & Quality
How can I tell if a spare part is genuine?
Genuine parts have:
● Specific part numbers
● Holograms
● Proper packaging
If you’re unsure about a part you bought elsewhere, send us a photo. We can help identify if it’s genuine or fake.
What's the difference between genuine and OEM parts?
● Genuine: Made by original manufacturer (e.g., Toyota)
● OEM: Made by third-party to same specifications and standards
Both are high-quality and reliable. Main difference is branding and sometimes price.
Do you sell Thai or Taiwan parts?
No. We only sell genuine and OEM parts. Thai and Taiwan parts are often marketed as “almost as good” but cheaper. In our experience, they’re lower quality and sometimes don’t fit correctly.
What if a part fails after I install it?
If the part is defective, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate. If the issue is due to manufacturing defect, we’ll provide replacement or refund. However, if the part failed because of improper installation or misuse, we can’t take responsibility.
B2B & Workshop Questions
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with workshops and dealers. We offer volume-based pricing for bulk orders. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Can you supply parts regularly for our workshop?
Absolutely. We specialize in long-term B2B relationships. We can set up recurring supply agreements.
Do you provide invoices for business purchases?
Yes. We provide detailed invoices for all B2B transactions. If you need specific information for tax or accounting, let us know.
Technical Support
I don't know which oil filter I need. Can you help?
Yes. Send us your vehicle model and year. We’ll recommend the correct filter. If you’re unsure about any part, just ask.
Do you provide installation services?
Not currently. We sell parts but don’t install them. However, we can recommend trusted workshops in Karachi where you can get parts installed.
Can you import a part that's not available in Pakistan?
Yes. If a part isn’t available locally, we can source it through import. Lead time and cost depend on where it’s coming from and how quickly you need it. Contact us with details.
