● Unused parts in original packaging
● Unfitted parts with no installation signs
● Wrong parts sent due to our error
✗ Not Accepted:
● Installed or used parts
● Parts with missing packaging or labels
● Custom-ordered or imported parts (unless defective)
● Opened oils, lubricants, consumables
Timeframe
Request returns within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email
2. Provide order number
3. Explain reason for return
4. Send photos of part and packaging
What Happens Next
We verify:
● Part is unused and matches order
● No signs of installation or damage
● Packaging is intact
If approved, you choose:
Refund
● Processed in 7-10 business days
● Credited to original payment method
● Delivery charges non-refundable (unless our error) Exchange
● Correct part sent in 2-3 business days
● No additional cost
Special Cases
Defective or Damaged Parts:
● Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
● Send photos of defect/damage
● We’ll replace or refund (including delivery charges) ● We cover return shipping
Wrong Part (Your Error):
● If you gave incorrect vehicle details
